 BEFORE YOU SHOW

Protect your commission.

  1. Confirm participation. Does the building accept outside brokers from Infiniti Properties?
  2. Get the current agreement. Confirm the amount, calculation basis, eligible units, lease term and any expiration.
  3. Register your client first. Ask about prior inquiries, direct tours, resident referrals and registration validity.
  4. Follow the tour rules. Confirm whether you must accompany the client and how to schedule access.
  5. Document the payout. Obtain invoice instructions, W-9 requirements and payment timing.
